The hotel is located on a hill in El Poblado, very quiet and safe. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and the view is quite lovely. It is a bit far from the metro station El Poblado, but one can uber there and it's cheap. I like to walk and it is a 30-minute walk, and the supermarket Carulla Palmas is on the way. The breakfast is buffet style, and the food is good. Price-wise, I do think this hotel is an excellent choice.

Decent place to stay. A bit far from the city center but it is quiet and staff is very friendly. We appreciated the restaurant staff's disposition and the food is very good!

you’re next to Poblado which it’s the place to be in Medellin, the hotel it’s on a hill so even if you’re close to a Main Street it’s totally quiet, so perfect place to have a good rest, the room was amazing, really big, restaurant it’s cheap if you don’t really wanna leave the facilities you can always eat there, didn’t really get a view since my room was on the 3 floor but pretty sure on higher floors you’ll get an amazing view of Medellin.

We came as a family of 4, with 2 kids ages 2 & 4, and we really enjoyed our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, the city view was beautiful, and the kids really liked the pool (there was no baby pool but they used floaties). The restaurant was quite good too, we enjoyed eating outdoors by the pool. We would definitely come back.

The staff was great Jonathan, Andres, in kitchen just unbelievable, Holiundro chef good, front desk could be more friendly, and per shift, have atheist one member speak some English. Manger Andrana great and friendly. I will be back in July. Maintenance very pleasant. All in all good 👍 visit, but again front desk needs a lesson in friendliness sorry but true. Kitchen staff unbelievable fantastic.

This is our second time visiting morgana it’s a quiet place and relaxing, and the staff members are awesome execute service specially the cafeteria the guys remember us from the first time and that’s what makes you feel like home.

Great Location, Hotel Service was very accommodating.Nice pool with jacuzzi. Beautiful Views and enjoyed the balcony. First Time at this Hotel, it met my expectation..As frequent traveller to Medellin I would recommend this hotel.
